Climatic Tests

The climatic laboratory equipment enables performing the following tasks:

• thermal tests in the range of -70°C to +180°C
• humidity tests in the range of 10% to 98%
• thermal shock tests from +220°C down to -80°C

The laboratory is equipped with two climatic chambers and a thermal shock chamber. The 420 l chamber is capable of providing a change rate of 15°C/min, while the large 1450 l chamber can reach a change rate of 5°C/min. The thermal shock chamber works on the principle of a fast transfer of the basket with the DUT between the heated and cooled parts of the chamber. It has a volume of 320 l and therefore enables to test large devices.
